When you journal you are able to write about things in a safe space, without judgment, and freeing your mind of daily stressors.

To start a journaling habit grab your favorite notebook and begin writing about your daily feelings, anything that comes to your mind.

My Happy Place

The beach is a place I find to be relaxing, to regroup, and refocus on important things of the day.  The fresh air allows me to get rid of the stressors of the day, as I focus on the water the fresh air, the rocks, the sand and the scenery.

I feel renewed.
